I recently transferred to the Ottawa Derm Center from another clinic. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the personnel. The treating Dr took imagery of my legs (which had not been done before in a timely manner) and devised a treatment plan that is far better than what I had in the past through the other clinic. I totally feel that I am in "good hands". Very very happy.

This place is spectacular. Everything starting from the front staff to the treatment was amazing. I had my treatment with Dr. Staples, and she was truly the best. Her treatment exponentially boosted my self confidence, I can’t thank her enough!

I visited the Ottawa Derm Centre for a Skin Cancer Screening Clinic. I was seen by Dr. MacIsaac, who is very nice and was thorough in her examination. The nurses and staff were so friendly and welcoming. They worked quickly and efficiently. The office is beautiful and very clean. I had a lovely experience and will definitely return to ODC in the future.

I had a great experience with nurse Vanessa for my first ever botox treatment. I was so nervous and she was kind and patient which calmed me down. Her voice was very soothing as she was counting down each poke. And it didn’t even hurt! The girls at the front and taking the pictures were also very welcoming and nice. Overall great experience and I’m excited to come back!!!

I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for Dr. Chitte and his staff. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful! Communication was always quick and all of my concerns were handled with priority care. Dr. Chitte is a phenomenal surgeon who genuinely cares for his patients! He is attentive, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful discussion and advice. I felt so comfortable and cared for every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Chitte and his team! :)

Dr. Chitte did my surgery and he gained my confidence early by his approach, knowledge and I felt he was very kind as well. He took more time to inquire than other consults I had had and I felt I was in good hands. The surgery was amazing no issues at all and I recovered with little pain or issues. I am in the post op phase at three months and I have had a check in. Again he made me feel well cared for and that he has my best interest at heart. I trust him and the entire team. They are wonderful, responsive and professional. While other surgeons just accepted the surgery Dr.Chitte informed me of all the things I needed to consider. I think he is a rare talented surgeon with an amazing bedside manner and very respectful approach. I have already recommended him to many people and I feel if you meet him you will feel the same. So far I have nothing but 5 star feedback. He made me feel so comfortable at every phase. Thank you to ODC and especially Dr. Chitte. I am excited with my results so far and feel like it will only get better. Thank you so much.
